How does Scorebuddy pricing work?

Scorebuddy pricing is based on both the number of users and the package you choose:

Each package offers a different level of functionality to suit teams of all sizes and levels of QA maturity.

Add-ons like GenAI Auto Scoring, AI Transcription, and our integrated Learning Management System (LMS) are also available.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, a 14-day free trial is available so you can explore the Scorebuddy platform, test out different features, and see if it’s a good fit before you make any commitment.

What are AI credits, and how are they charged?

GenAI Auto Scoring and AI Transcription both operate on a credit system allowing you to choose how much AI automation you apply. For every interaction you score or transcribe, credits are consumed. There is a minimum number of credits included in the Accelerate and Elite packages. You can buy credit bundles based on your forecasted usage and we’re happy to help you estimate what you’ll need.

Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

We offer flexible annual contracts. This ensures stability for your team and keeps costs predictable. Custom enterprise agreements are also available in certain cases.

Can I switch packages as I grow?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time to access advanced features like GenAI Auto Scoring, AI Transcription, or our integrated Business Intelligence (BI) solution.

Does Scorebuddy integrate with my existing tools?
