Derek Corcoran

Chief Executive Officer

Having worked in software development and telecoms for more than 40 years, Derek brings significant experience to the role of CEO. He is dedicated to providing the company and executive team with a clear growth strategy.

Previous roles including Country Director for Avaya Ireland, Country Manager for AT&T/Lucent Ireland, and Head of Integrated Business Systems at Eircom, have contributed to Derek's leadership skill set.

Derek is the founder and current CEO of Sentient Solutions, the parent company of ScorebuddyCX: a CX intelligence platform used by over 50,000 agents in more than 25 countries.

Elizabeth Kavanagh

Chief Financial Officer

Elizabeth Kavanagh is Chief Financial Officer at ScorebuddyCX, bringing over 15 years of financial expertise to the position.

Since joining ScorebuddyCX in 2021, Elizabeth has made significant contributions to the company's recent growth, and played a major role in securing the recent investment from Foresight Group.

Thus far, her career includes leading roles with the likes of KPMG, Fox Networks Group, and beIN Media Group.

Emmanuel Doubinsky

Director of Product

As ScorebuddyCX's Director of Product, Emmanuel Doubinsky is responsible for overseeing the product roadmap and portfolio, including quality assurance, business intelligence, coaching, AI Auto Scoring, and more.

Before joining the ScorebuddyCX team, Emmanuel co-founded Cx Moments (which was acquired by Scorebuddy in 2020), and held prominent positions with IBM and Digicel during a career spanning 30+ years.

He is a recognised leader in the Irish software community, having served as a mentor for Enterprise Ireland's SME clients and participated in their Business Partner program.

Daniel Becker
Daniel Becker

Chief Technology Officer

Daniel Becker leads technology strategy, engineering, and platform development as ScorebuddyCX's Chief Technology Officer, bringing more than 20 years scaling engineering and product teams.

He previously served as Global VP of Product Engineering and CTO at Dedalus Healthcare, where he led over 1,000 engineers and set the group's AI and cloud strategy, following senior technical roles at Red Hat, SourceDogg, and OnWave.

His expertise covers Java, .NET, Python, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, with a focus on turning emerging AI into practical productivity gains.

 

Paul O'Riordan
Paul O'Riordan

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Paul O'Riordan owns global revenue strategy, sales, and commercial growth at ScorebuddyCX. His career spans over two decades of commercial leadership in enterprise software, across SaaS, ERP, and analytics in Europe and North America.

Before joining ScorebuddyCX, Paul spent 14 years at Oracle, rising from Consulting Director to Country Leader for Ireland and then VP and Head of Big Data and Business Analytics for the UK and Ireland. He later held VP roles over nine years at Sage.

At Sage, he oversaw a portfolio of 60 products delivering £200 million in annual recurring revenue across 19 countries.

Claudia Crangasu
Claudia Crangasu

Chief Marketing Officer

Claudia Crangasu joined ScorebuddyCX as Chief Marketing Officer to lead its marketing strategy and growth, drawing on 18 years of product marketing leadership with a particular focus on bringing AI products to market.

Her earlier work included positions at Worldpay and Farfetch, from fraud and payment authentication to discovery, pricing, and category optimization. She has launched more than 70 products over her career.

She holds an MBA from ESE and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford, and specializes in AI use cases that solve real business problems, keeping transparency and user control at the center.

Lisa Dillon

Non-Executive Director

As Vice President of Small Medium & Corporate EMEA at Microsoft, Lisa Dillon leads a team of more than 1,300 people in delivering digital solutions, and brings over 30 years of business experience to ScorebuddyCX.

She is a results-driven leader with a strong track record in sales, operations, and digital transformation, having held senior leadership positions at both startups and enterprise organizations.

Lisa's wide-ranging business knowledge continues to support ScorebuddyCX's growth ambitions.

Philip Gardiner
Philip Gardiner

Non-Executive Director

Philip Gardiner is an Investment Director at Foresight Group, a FTSE 250-listed leading investment manager with over £12 billion of assets under management. He focuses on investing in and supporting scaling businesses across Ireland and the UK.

Philip brings over a decade of experience in investment and operational roles, with particular knowledge of scaling businesses, along with a strong financial background as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He has also held, and continues to hold, non-executive and operational roles in various companies.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and an MSc in Financial Services from the University of Limerick.
