Scorebuddy Expands Beyond QA to Become ScorebuddyCX, a Full Contact Center Intelligence Platform

    New global awards program celebrates the individuals and teams raising the standard in customer experience

    Dublin, Ireland — July 8, 2026 

    ScorebuddyCX today announced the launch of the ScorebuddyCX Excellence in Contact Centers Awards 2026, a new global awards program recognizing the individuals and teams making a measurable impact in modern contact centers. The awards celebrate professionals advancing customer experience through stronger coaching, operational excellence, and innovation.

    Contact center professionals play a critical role in shaping customer relationships, directly influencing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term business outcomes. Yet the people delivering that impact are rarely in the spotlight. The ScorebuddyCX Excellence in Contact Centers Awards are designed to change that, spotlighting the individuals and teams driving meaningful progress across the industry and giving their contributions the public recognition they deserve.

    Open to organizations worldwide, the awards welcome nominations from both ScorebuddyCX customers and non-customers. Self-nominations are permitted and organizations may submit multiple nominations. Five categories recognize outstanding contributions across coaching, performance, and innovation:

    • Trainer of the Year
    • Coach of the Year
    • Top Performer of the Year
    • Best Team Performance
    • AI and Innovation Award

    The AI and Innovation Award recognizes initiatives that deliver measurable improvement through process innovation, AI adoption, coaching programs, customer experience transformation, or operational advancement.

    Entries will be reviewed by an independent judging panel of respected voices from the contact center industry. Full panel details will be announced ahead of the judging period.

    Nominations are open now and close on August 2, 2026. The shortlist will be announced on August 17, with all finalists publicly recognized and category winners revealed live at a virtual awards ceremony in September.

    The awards reflect ScorebuddyCX’s commitment to the contact center community. As organizations work to connect quality assurance, coaching, and performance data more closely to customer experience outcomes, the program is designed to highlight the leaders and teams already setting a higher standard, and to give the broader industry a benchmark for what excellence looks like.
