Marianne Withers is the Founder and Director of Withers Jones, where she helps organisations perform better while strengthening the human experience. With more than 30 years in customer operations, transformation and outsourcing, she works with contact centres and CX leaders to put people, customers and agents alike, at the centre of how they operate. She is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Portsmouth and a Non-Executive Director for The Road from Karachi.
